As Executive Director of L.E.A.D by Sharon, I am committed to education, outreach training, and the Christian development of our youth. L.E.A.D by Sharon offers Pastors and leaders throughout the United States, full support, training, and workshops for their members who desire to participate in Christian leadership training and/or the development of outreach ministries. Men and women conferences, seminars, and other Christian services are also available. Upon completion of L.E.A.D training, your members and your outreach ministries will be prepared to meet the holistic needs of your community.
